I found the site very difficult to use . I wanted to see what blind options were available to me for the windows I wanted to order. The site was far from intuitive and the options available seemed to be different depending on how I had accessed the selection tool. Perhaps it\'s an age thing. The Velux agents who helped me were great and they had a good knowledge of the quirks of the site - thank goodness. I did manage to order (and receive) some swatches of blind material to help make my choice. Regrettably, the fabric I wanted wasn\'t available for my chosen blinds.
