Rebecca on the customer help desk understood my request to return one of the two blinds ordered. Within a couple on minutes had collection arranged. I think her comment was “that’s it! nothing else for you to do we will sort the rest out”. Rebecca was great but Velux you must have good systems also to make it that easy. Thank you. Clive.
