Had a velux installed in our new extension, we were unable to get it working, waited 3 months for engineer only to find that motor had to be replaced as it was faulty. This should not happen on something of such high value, in that respect we are very disappointed. We have basically had a sub standard product yet paid full price. The engineer was helpful & so were customer service. Would be sceptical to recommend based on the above.
