I was disappointed that the electric blinds lasted for just 10 years and that the failure was probably a design fault. I say probably as the Velux personnel were well aware of the failure of the electrical connections on the blinds and had doubtless dealt with queries about this before I had a problem. I would describe the agent who I contacted at The Roof Window Store as rude. If you want to turn your potential customers off she\'s the right lady to do it.
