I found the customer service staff member very helpful indeed which I rang up to find the appropriate number for a replacement blind, as I could not find it in the website because my Velux window dates back to 1997. The customer service lady explained to me some new options for blinds, and enabled me to choose a replacement blind with a dual function (black out and privacy) which will hopefully help to cut down on glare in my south-facing loft room office She listened to my queries about which option to choose and made sure that I bought the right product for my needs. I have not had such personalised customer service for a long time, as most websites just offer a chat bot which is not usually very helpful for individualised queries like mine. Thank you very much for offering such excellent advice. The blind itself also arrived very quickly, which was an added bonus.
