I tried several times to phone but no-one answered. Unfortuantely, Velux is not the only organisation that takes this attitude towards telephone queries - it is a modern disease. If you are trying to sell things, that is not the way to do it. I emailed my question and received a helpful answer the next day. The online buying process was very easy and the item arrived promptly, thank you.
