Just impressed that you still provide replacement blinds custom fit for old windows (ours are at least 20 years old, maybe more) and colours are consistent - needed to replace one blind out of two windows next to each other and would have been a pain if you hadn’t had the matching (maybe from 10 years ago) colour. My confidence in your company (based on replacing the blinds 10-12 years ago) meant that I didn’t hesitate to order a replacement rather than faff about trying to repair a broken spring. Took me 45 mins to remove old and replace with new. £100+ well spent - thanks
