you informed me that the blind was going to be delivered and I stayed at home all day. It wasn\'t delivered and the tracking gave no details as to where it was, and no card was put through my door. I did however receive an email that it had been delivered so it was all very confusing. I requested a redelivery as I had no idea if that would happen automatically or not (again, no information on the tracking site) and when the blind was delivered the packaging is all ripped and open.
