Your picture instructions are not very helpful. There is a definite knack to installing the solar blinds. I found the insertion of the grey plastic cord holder really difficult until I discovered you had to apply pressure at the bottom first. There were a number of other issues. Your website mentioned installation tips, but it just took me to the same pictures I already had. An in depth video would have been really helpful. I still have a part to fit and I have no idea what purpose it provides. Everything seems to work fine without it. Also, your pictures show attaching 3 screws to the rails and there are actually only 2 holes which is really difficult to see once they are in place. However, once I got to the sixth blind, I did find it really easy to install! I’m an expert now.
