One blind was faulty - staff dealt with this very efficiently and there was no problem arranging for a replacement to be sent out. Didn't turn a drama into a crisis. The product itself is great, I have wondered for a while about buying the blinds as I thought they were a bit pricey but I'm glad I did. They have made the room warmer, slight soundproofing effect and are great.
