TNT have failed to deliver my order. VELUX aren't totally responsible for the shambles, but as TNT won't respond to my requests for updates, my frustration lands at your door. I have bought directly from you before, but this has been a miserable experience. I would recommend that you use a reliable courier in future. I would like a full refund, so that I can go buy a blind from a third party and maybe get it fitted before the summer...
