I haven’t fitted the products yet, so I did not feel able to give top marks until I’ve done so and proved product and installation instructions are all ok. Packing was damaged and box open on arrival - which gave some concern, but nothing was missing. Main gripe with delivery is inability to reschedule delivery in the first instance if you know you are not going to be in. You have to allow a failed delivery first. Seems a waste of everyone’s time and not environmentally friendly either.
