The diagramatic instructions were very helpful but it would have been very helpful to know the function of the small grey, plastic slider which goes up the side of the blind. I did try to telephone but gave up after 20 minutes waiting. The way the blind clicked onto the existing frame was very clever and the design of the two , screw in ,plastic brackets on the bottom of each corner of the blind was also imaginative and enabled the side parts just to click into place I hope this helps.
