Your ordering and purchasing online was easy. When the invoice arrived stating EVRI was the delivery my heart sank. I also said that on the email reply. My two blinds were due on Wednesday last week. At just after 3pm I had an EVRI email saying they couldn’t deliver and they would try again tomorrow. The photo they sent was of a house, I live in a black converted barn, see address! On Thursday there was no delivery and no email explanation. I sent emails to you and EVRI with no response other than you would rely on 72 hours. I had a fitter booked for the Saturday (not easy to do!) and had to cancel. I phoned on Monday as there was a phone number on my second email from you and then I spoke to a delightful lady, Caroline I believe, who was very sympathetic and made my delivery happen on the Monday afternoon. Sadly the cardboard packaging on one was damaged and again my heart sank but fortunately the hole did not damage the contents. I would not order from you again online because of the EVRI delivery company. My blinds however look fantastic, so thank you for them, I am extremely pleased with them.
