Ordering was easy, the website was clear and the colour choices were good. Myself and my dad were very surprised at how easy the blinds were to install - even down to the mini screwdriver which came with it, you wouldn't even know they were up they look that smart. We didn't have to wait too long however communication could have been better - I never had an email to say they were on their way or when they'd be delivered/out for delivery like most companies would send. They are pricy so value for money is questionable at this stage and I can't comment on the reliability yet as they have only just gone up - but I'm hoping this time next year I've used them a lot.
