We recently bought the Velux Venetian blinds to fit to our Velux windows that were installed 10 yrs ago. Ordering was easy, delivery on time and installation was much simpler than expected. The blinds are excellent, look really good and are great for controlling the sunlight into our loft rooms. One part was missing but the customer service was excellent and we received the part promptly.
