Only one of the four units I ordered was delivered, despite the tracking indicating all four had been delivered. The driver indicated he knew nothing about the missing three units. I tried your customer support by email (on 23rd June), sending pictures of the evidence, with ticket automated reply indicating "within 72 hours", yet I have heard nothing after that time has elapsed. I am currently minus 3 blinds and down by £900, with no response from what is supposed to be a premium brand. Not a great impression so far. The actual product itself, based on the single unit have received so far, is very good. Hopefully the issue will be rapidly remedied next week, with expedited delivery!
