Didn't have to use customer service or returns. Feel cheeky saying value for money when I received the gateway hub for free. It work perfectly, loaded all up straight away and couldn't believe how easy it all was. I want more remote products to control! I can open the windows before I get home or if I forget to close them when I've already left! The hub is so small it blends into the bcakground
