The main issue was when it wasn’t delivered and I checked tracking it said consigned moved and could not deliver. When I spoke to customer services, they basically said it was my fault as I had completed the order. I pointed out I had the order note and I had and it was the delivery note that was incomplete. When I said I needed it for this weekend as I was due to host guests at my Airbnb, she just kept saying she couldn’t guarantee it. Very unfriendly throughout. I ordered direct from velux as I thought it was a reputable company. Products good, delivery and customer service shocking!
