You do not make it clear on your website that you need to have a reasonable level of DIY skills to fit this blind. My husband is very good at DIY but it still took him 2 and 1/2 hours to install it. There are two plastic brackets which need to be screwed to the window frame. From the instructions the orientation of fixation of these brackets is not made clear. This needs to be made clearer. It takes time to work out the orientation. Once the orientation is established the blind goes together reasonably well. Also, it would be of benefit to provide instructions on opening and closing the blind as this is not mentioned in the instructions. Also choosing a custom colour could be better. Please give a verbal description on your website of the colour approximation which would enhance choice.
