I bought 6 electricity operated ceiling windows. One was damaged in transit which then caused a delay to my construction until a replacement was delivered, perhaps the packaging should be reviewed. Mt builder was CR Construction based in Newtonmore. I am delighted with the windows now that they are installed. Subsequently I ordered a bridge (free of charge, thank you) it was hard to find on your website even though I knew what I was looking for and then subsequently again I have ordered a room thermostat / monitor for the system and found it difficult to understand what was included in the bundles which included the thermostat on your web site. In the end I ordered just the thermostat.
