I eventually worked out how to install the replacement blind and the shade blind from the pictorial leaflet. Despite stating clearly which window I have, the shade blind came with fitments for both which I feel is a waste.

Customers who answer 0 - 6 are Detractors, 7 - 8 are Passives and 9 - 10 are Promoters. The NPS is the sum of % of Promoters - % Detractors.
