Delivery was very slow, but probably due to shipping from France. Also you have no approved installers that cover London, which is ludicrous, I was bounced around various recommended installers fo4 three days then just went off grid. Either get some installers or stop pretending you hav3 a network if it can’t cover central London.

As your blinds were manufactured and shipped from France, delivery can take slightly longer than standard orders, though we always aim to deliver within the timeframe provided in your order confirmation. We apologise if this was not as clear or as quick as you had anticipated. We do have multiple certified installers in the London area, however they may only carry out work for new window installations, due to how busy they are. We will of course take note of this and aim to improve.
