I ordered samples for a blackout blind. I could not order the blind online in one of the colours you sent me. When I rang the exceptionally helpful customer service team they told me the colour was not available in the size window GGL SK01 If I am to order a blind by RAL colour instead I would like a sample before ordering. There is no facility for this. I am not ordering from a laptop screen colour.
