Your chosen delivery company provides a very poor service. In January, despite the fact that I was at home, they didn’t ring my bell and left the package outside the front door of the block of flats where I live. The package could have been stolen or ruined had it been raining. When I complained they kept referring me back to yourselves when it was obviously their responsibility. On this most recent occasion in late June the outer box was torn which could easily have allowed the pack of screws etc to be lost in the delivery vehicle. Again the driver didn’t ring my doorbell despite the fact that I was in. You should use a much better delivery company.
