We ordered 2 blinds due to be delivered on Thursday. Only 1 blind has arrived. The blinds were ordered for my 5 year old son’s new bedroom. We are having to use a rumble sack on one window to make it dark enough for him to sleep. The delivery company you use has subcontracted to evri. Evri are well known to be very unreliable in the highlands of Scotland. I contacted your customer service line twice on Thursday. The first time we prior to delivery of only one blind. The customer service agent was extremely helpful. He was very apologetic that Evri had failed to update the tracking details on the app. Following delivery of only one blind later in the day I contacted customer services once again. This time the agent was extremely unhelpful. He wasn’t bothered that we had only received one blind. He didn’t offer to contact the delivery company to find out where the other blind was. I wouldn’t order from velux again. I always thought that velux was a very good company. Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery process and one of your customer service agents. Hopefully my blind will arrive on Monday. Your are just another company that has no care for customers in the highlands of Scotland
