I was told blinds to be delivered Tuesday.I waited in all day. No delivery.No track and trace. No phone call to tell me of delivery . Telephoned Velux today.Spoke to Katz. Nice lady but did not seem to be in a position to help.So I am still waiting with no idea of when blinds due to be delivered.. Dreadful customer service M Leonard
