Ordered 5 different blinds. These were delivered in 3 different deliveries. We were told that there would be a delay in the delivery and as we were moving house we provided a different address that would only work for two days and contacted customer services with a third address for any deliveries after 5th August. One item came earlier than advised to our old address ( fine ) a second delivery arrived on time at the second address ( great) but the third delivery also went to the second address when it should have gone to the third address ! All this has been a lot of trouble as when we placed the order it was advised as being avaliable before we moved. Now we have a four hour return journey to make to collect the third package from a very elderly couple who shouldn't have been involved.
