When I first phoned Velux to make an enquiry regarding an anti heat blind, the advisor guided me through the website to the exact page and product that I needed. I was told that there would probably be a 3-week wait. The blind arrived only one day overdue but the delivery history from GLS was ridiculous as it went from France to Germany to the UK and back to France so how it made it to the final destination is a miracle. Despite this, the blind is superb and took no more the 10 minutes to install. Ray C
