Moved into my bungalow which has 5 velux skylight windows but seller left a cheap awkward pole which i couldn't use as I am 68 year old lady with arthritis. I ordered and received from Velux a pole and it makes everything so easy to open...so worth the price, good quality and a smooth easy action to open my windows. Thank you
