The blinds are great and easy to fit. However they need better packaging, I ordered a pair of blinds which were fastened together but one of the boxes was very badly damaged, squashed,ripped with one of the ends missing completely. Fortunately everything was still in the box but the protection to the ends of the side rails was also missing. Looking at the tracking information I'm surprised there wasn't more damage the journey they have had! To reiterate, I'm very happy with the service and the product, my only gripe is delivery/packaging.
