Happy to receive gateway product, thought I’d be able to operate solar blinds from phone. Have found it impossible to install or use and no supporting information. Just the same ‘it might take a while’ message. Even connecting the blinds to the same remote is extremely difficult why are the instruct so poor? Expected better
