The process of ordering blinds for my Velux windows was stressful! I was in the market for two blinds, a considerable investment, hence pretty worrying when going through the ordering process, with so many options, and really not being 100% sure that I was selecting the best thing for our circumstances. With a relatively low roof angle, we have just had heavy-duty handles fitted to our three Velux windows and it turns out that they MIGHT not be compatible with some of the blinds you sell were chosen. In the event, we're fine but... it's complicated! Thank goodness it's possible to talk to your experts over the phone and not just rely on getting it right with the many pull-down menus where choices have to be made.
