No proper video to show how to remove broken velux blind. The blind I purchased had poor instructions. The Velux blind app recommended to help with install was just a sales pitch and did not offer anything extra. Velux youtube videos were pathetic and for mostly older blinds. Luckily someone else had put up a good video showing install but you should have done it. Why are you using nylon strings in blinds instead of steel ones. VELUX Blinds are designed to fail when string becomes frayed or broken.
