I tried to find a VELUX approved installer through the web site. You identified 3 different installers in my area and contacted each in turn but I received no response from any of them at all. Very disappointing. As a result, I decided to have a go at it myself - getting the remote control to work for two windows and installing blinds in two more. With the help on the web site I was able to do this and so all is well. Quality of blinds purchased excellent. Very clever design allowing someone with modest DIY skill to do it.
