The boxes were very well bashed and torn on delivery - Evri issue - employ a different company. Also after they had the item, it took several days for them to deliver. They didn't message to give a day / time. I ordered a replacement blind and the screw holes did not match well to the old supports. It would be good to provide a replacement option for just the blind and therefore not purchasing the new long supports. With the quality of the materials, it would be very helpful to consider how you can recycle the component parts - especially when a replacement is needed; it is only the actual material blind that needs changing. In general, I love the product. But like everything, there is always room for improvement. Thank you for asking.
