Product was a free central unit to allow control of blinds from phone app. Only stumbled across it by accident. If you want to improve customer service you could offer the product with the electric windows, perhaos saying it is available to buy on its own at say £120, but if ordered now with the windows it is only say £50. If I was MD I would analyse historical sales in order to set the prices at a level designed to at least match the current financial performance.
