There was a very long wait for the blinds to be drlivered but I was not charged until they were actually delivered. Couldn't operate the tracking & there were couple of changes to delivery dates with more delay. Would like written information to come with the products with advice for dos & don'ts- such as:does it matter if the outside blinds get wet, are there times when you not not use them. Very pleased with the products & recommended fitters very efficient although rather costly!
