The box containing the awning was damaged potentially losing the contents. The larger screws were Torx with no enclosed screwdriver so had to substitute my own. The instructions to remove the bits to install the awning were wrong in that the contents were not screwed in and there were ‘packaging’ pieces of wood at either end that needed removing. Fortunately found a non Velux video explaining this. Also have a photo of the package that arrived if you want it. The blackout bling and instructions were fine.
