I ordered 2 of the same product (anti-heat blinds). I received one correct product and one completely different product, for a different sized window. With a lead time of many weeks, this has been a huge inconvenience for keeping my house and family cool during this hot summer. I now have no idea when the replacement blind will arrive. Customer Service was very helpful. however such a glaring error is inexcusable.
