Disappointed with your technical representative, he listened to one of our four new solar controlled motors which in our opinion is noisy both opening & closing making a whirring sound as though the motor is working hard, but he said it is acceptable? He went on to say “it’s because the other three are quiet!!”……Strange choice of words……
