On receipt the fitting at the top of the pole was incorrect. Customer Service (Carolyn) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, suspecting a production error and arranging for a correct replacement item to be despatched immediately. I am pleased to say that this arrived promptly and does the job exactly as expected. Thank you
