At first the website was a little daunting, however I called Velux and Lois from Customer Service was patient with me and she talked me through all the options and how to find the size etc for my solar blinds it took about 5 minutes. She was brilliant especially having to put up with a numbskull like me. The blinds arrived on time and I installed them myself with the simple instructions and also aided by a video on YT. First class service I couldn't fault them
