I purchased a blind that was described as Opaque, however it lets just as much light through as the semi-transparent version. Some of the translucent blinds include blackout as a colour option and seems like Opaque would be not quite blackout but near enough. so the product range is confused and misleading. I sent pictures saying I was unhappy with the blind but was just fobbed off by customer service. Also for this order there was no installation kit and tool. Fortunately I had kept the tool from the last time. Why not use normal screws?
