While the ZZZ 220 maintenance kit is the genuine item for my Velux windows, £40 seems very expensive for a roll of expanded foam, roll of foam sealer, tube of glue and a piece of sandpaper (price has almost doubled in 6 years !). Velux are based in Glenrothes, Scotland yet the item was shipped from Hungary and took over a week to arrive - explains the suggest 8 to 9 day delivery time !
