woeful experience, expectation set at ordering was OK and main reason I order from Velux, but two further delays in delivery was totally unacceptable, as the OEM your delivery expectations should be golden. + your IKEA instructions without words needs a lot of improvement and needs to be made clearer for the different GGL variants.
