In general it was a good experience. My main gripe is that you produce some very good and affordable heat shielding products, which are becoming more and more relevant with the changing climate in the UK, but they could be easier to find. You should be pushing customers to these. And you should be emphasising how easy they are to install. I was quote over £500 to install two £60 external blinds, via your find a fitter tool. I fitted them myself in 15 minutes.
