Despite placing.the order in one go, two identical blinds came in 2 separate parcels, on different delivery days, sent via the same courier. This meant I managed to rearrange the delivery of one to a parcel shop but didn't spot the email about the second, identical item and courier. That one was left exposed on the doorstep for days, as we were away. There was no second delivery attempt nor neighbour delivery. The other two blinds are yet to be delivered by a different carrier, to be despatched much later than indicated on the website. So ... four blinds (3 identical) and 3 deliveries and lots of inconvenience attempting to manage them all.
