Velux always provide very good quality items. Prior to this purchase I bought a different brand /make but returned it as poor in comparison. The only problem with the windows being high it is impossible to slide the whole unit with a velux extension pole. The runners are not stiff but the pole slides off. It is possible to move the shutters so the blind will stay in open position until windows need cleaning . For info it’s Venetian blind. Even though it’s a small problem I have ordered another one
