The product is excellent, and the fitting instructions very good! My only criticism is that the delivery was split between to different days. It is impossible to fit the blinds without the parts in the second delivery, so no point in sending them out separately! Then the second delivery was four small parts with together would fit into a small shoe box. They each came separately packed, each in a box double the size of a shoe box!! So the packaging and delivery of these four small components was absolutely ridiculous!!
